Stakka ("we", "us", "our") is a software studio based in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data submitted through the contact form on this website, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you submit our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if provided
- The package you're enquiring about, if selected
- Any project details you choose to share in the message
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's processed
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, our form-handling provider, before being delivered to us by email. Formspree may store submissions on servers outside the UK; please see Formspree's own privacy policy for details of their processing.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and, if a project proceeds, for the duration of our working relationship plus a period required for our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@stakka.uk.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We may use essential, privacy-friendly analytics to understand overall site traffic; no personal data is sold or shared as a result.
